We confirm availability and assign a certified driver to your mission. You receive a written confirmation including the driver's name, scheduled pickup time, and mission reference number. Any special instructions are communicated directly to the driver.

PRE- INSPECTION
Your vehicle is inspected
before departure
Your vehicle is documented before departure. Our driver arrives on time, presents their ID, and conducts a full inspection (exterior, mileage, fuel, damage). Any issues are reported immediately for your approval before we proceed.
